April 23, 2016: Ripley's at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Mommy decided that we would make a day trip to Myrtle Beach, SC. She decided to take me to the Ripley's Aquarium and the Ripley's Odditorium. We also got to go to the beach for the first time this year where it was kinda warm enough to get in the water!

April 20, 2016: Do the Right Thing Awards

My robotics teacher, Mrs. Falter, and the school counselor, Mrs. Rowell, nominated me for the Do the Right Thing after I came to school with my head shaved. And I won! I was chosen out of all the elementary schools for the April award. Mommy got to come to the ceremony and I got my picture and story in the Gaston Gazette!

April 16, 2016: ColorVibe Run and My 1st TV Interview

Part of my fundraising for St. Jude included doing a 5K with my Mom. We were contacted by Time Warner News about being interviewed for their "Giving Back" segment. We met reporter Yoojin Cho at the ColorVibe. My mom's boss, Mr. Everage, was also there! We're getting really close to my mom shaving her head too!!

We took a really strange roadtrip but ended up in Washington, DC. Mommy took me to the Lincoln Memorial. President Lincoln is my favorite president!

March 24 - March 26, 2016: Easter/Head Shaving Weekend

I raised over $500 for St. Jude and we went to Missouri for Easter for my head shaving! It was so much fun! Mommy and Aunt Brenda did pictures before I got my head shaved. I also got to see my Grandma and Uncle Donnie and lots of other friends and family!
