April 2014

Mom and I took new spring pictures yesterday when the weather was really nice! We also played with the football at the park, ate icecream and french fries, and went on a little drive in the country! We had a great time!

March 2014

March was fun. I had a music program at school and a piece of my artwork was displayed at the Gaston County Museum. We also had a really warm day that rained so mom and I went puddle jumping!

January and February 2014

We had a great start to the new year! My foot is feeling better and so is my mouth. And my stomach pains from the RAP are doing better...less flareups. Mom's really happy that I'm feeling better! We had football awards and awards for the YMCA which I got a Character Development Award. We also had snow in February!!!

December 2013

December was awesome! We did lots of things to celebrate the season! Mommy and I made special ornaments for people we love. We went to the Belmont Christmas Festival, an event at Mom's school, and free night at the Schiele Museum of Natural History. We ended the year with a trip to Missouri to see my Aunt Brenda and cousin Savannah for Christmas.

Thanksgiving 2013

We spent Thanksgiving Day with Mrs. Karen and Mr. Alan in Charlotte. Mrs. Karen's daughter Barbie was there and some of Mommy and Mrs. Karen's friends from school. We had a great dinner. Then Mommy and I went to Aunt Chea's because Alondra was disappointed that we didn't make it to Thanksgiving Dinner. We had a great time there at a Winter Wonderland and going on Aunt Chea's ship, The Theodore Roosevelt! And me, Audi, Alondra, and Mommy made ornaments!

October 2013

October was a very busy month for us! It was my birthday. I turned 8! I had a football themed party! I had about 15 friends there and a lot of my mom's friends from school came too!
Breakfast with dessert from the waitresses at Waffle House!

Me after sticking my face in my birthday cake!
My giant Fortune Cookie from Mrs. Karen! I LOVE Fortune Cookies!!

My birthday cake Eva got for my party! It was sooo good!
My new bike!
We got home from the birthday party and while Mommy was unloading everything from the car, I hopped on my bike...and I crashed!!! :( I hit the curb and hit my mouth on the crossbar on the handle bars. Mom had to take me to the ER. It hurt so bad, and wouldn't quit bleeding but I didn't have to get stitches. But I ended up having to go to the dentist a bunch to make sure there was nothing wrong with my teeth!

We had Parent Teacher Conference and I'm doing great. I really like school. And I won an award for being responsible in the classroom.

And football season ended! It ended with me in a cast from a really bad sprain that wouldn't heal. But at the last football game, Coach Jeff let me go out for the coin toss.

Halloween was also this month. We went to a trunk or treat at a church near our house. Then my mom's school had an event too. Finally, I went trick or treating with my friends in Mrs. Karen's neighborhood in Charlotte. I also carved a pumpkin with Mommy. I had so much fun!

Finally, we took a weekend trip to Aunt Chea's! Mom and I drove the long way and went to Nags Head, Kill Devils Hill, and other beaches at the Outerbanks in North Carolina. I hadn't seen Aunt Chea since June 2012! I had so much fun with Audi and Alondra!

Breakfast at Kill Devils Hill. YUMMY!
